Carol Jennings

Carol Jennings is a member of the voice faculty at Scottsdale and Glendale Community Colleges, as well as Grand Canyon University. Her position at each school includes teaching private voice instruction as well as a studio performance class. She is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing and has taught many students who have both placed and participated in the annual NATS Classical Auditions.
Along with teaching, she also enjoys performing. She is in her twentieth year as a member of the Grammy Award winning Phoenix Chorale, and was honored to sing in Incheon, South Korea with the Chorale's former sister choir, the Kansas City Chorale. Ms. Jennings has sung under internationally renowned conductor Helmuth Rilling in the Oregon Bach Festival Chorus in Eugene, OR, and for 3 seasons was a member of the Santa Fe Desert Chorale in Santa Fe, NM, working with Dr. Dennis Shrock, former Artistic Director.
As a soloist, she has sung in recital in South Dakota, Oklahoma, and Arizona. She was also blessed to have the opportunity to perform as a soloist in Sydney, Australia, and most recently in Rotorua and Napier, New Zealand. Ms. Jennings holds a Master of Music degree in Vocal Performance from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Oklahoma. She is also a certified yoga teacher, and yoga nidra facilitator.
