Biography
Bio
I received a Master's Degree in Exercise and Sport Science from Colorado State University. While attending CSU, I worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Exercise and Sport Science department; I was also a student athletic trainer and strength coach for the men's baseball and ice hockey teams.

- Certified Nutrition and Behavior Change Specialist
- I started my own personal training business in 2001 through which I provide in-home personal training for private clients as well as corporate wellness programs to industries such as the Department of Health Services for the State of Arizona.
- I have been teaching at the MCCCDs since 2000, am an instructor at Grand Canyon University, and I have been a guest lecturer at Arizona State University.
- I have developed online courses used as continuing education for healthcare practitioners such as nurses and physical therapists.
- I have been an editor of Kinesiology and Exercise Science textbooks.
