Biography

Bio

Technology is transforming every industry, and my work focuses on helping students understand not only what technology can do, but what it should do.

With more than 20 years of experience across commercial, government, and healthcare sectors, I bring a practical understanding of how technology reshapes business processes, patient care, data management, regulatory compliance, and decision-making. My background includes more than a decade of expertise in developing, enforcing, and auditing data usage controls to support secure, ethical, and compliant information systems.

As a professor of Computer Information Systems, my teaching emphasizes emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, responsible data use, and the ethical questions that come with rapid innovation. I am committed to preparing students to think critically, act responsibly, and lead confidently in a world where technology and AI are changing how we work, learn, and live.
