Bill Iannelli

Bill Iannelli is a "4th Generation Native" of Prescott Arizona and broker-owner of Iannelli and Associates Real Estate with 55 agents and offices in Phoenix, Gilbert, and Prescott Arizona.  Bill teaches the real estate courses at Scottsdale Community along with Jared Guess.  He also owns and operates the Arizona Real Estate Institute which offers renewal classes for Arizona real estate agents and Brokers. Bill was recently awarded the 2022 Arizona real estate educator of the year by the Arizona Association of Realtors
