Biography

Bio

My name is Nina Francone and I bring more than 20 years of experience spanning marketing, business operations, training and development, human resources, HR information systems, benefits administration, and higher education. Throughout my career, I have partnered with organizations to improve business processes, develop employees, leverage data for strategic decision-making, and create innovative learning experiences.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Arkansas–Fayetteville. After graduation, I began my career with one of the nation's leading marketing research firms, where I managed Procter & Gamble's Hair Care marketing research databases. This role also provided the opportunity to work internationally in London, England, supporting global marketing initiatives.

I later joined a national consumer finance corporation, where I spent eight years progressing through roles in marketing, training and development, and human resources. During this time, I completed both my Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Human Resource Management, expanding my expertise in organizational leadership, employee development, and strategic HR management.

After relocating to Arizona, I joined a multinational banking and financial services organization in Human Resources, supporting operations throughout the western United States. I partnered with senior executives on talent management, leadership coaching, employee relations, organizational development, workforce planning, strategic initiatives, and performance management while helping align HR practices with business objectives.

Most recently, I have served in Human Resources within a public school district, specializing in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Learning Management System (LMS) administration, HR data analytics, benefits administration, employee evaluations, professional development systems, and HR technology solutions. My work includes implementing and managing HR and learning management systems, analyzing workforce data to support informed decision-making, streamlining HR processes, developing reports and dashboards, supporting employee benefits programs, and leading district-wide technology projects that improve operational efficiency and the employee experience. In this role, I partner with Human Resources, Information Technology, administrators, and district leadership to implement technology solutions, improve business processes, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

In addition to my professional HR career, I have been an adjunct business instructor at Scottsdale Community College for more than 20 years. Teaching has always been a passion and was one of the primary reasons I pursued my graduate degrees. Over the years, I have taught courses in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Ethics, Business Communications, Customer Service Management, Introduction to Business, and Personal Finance, helping students connect classroom concepts with practical, real-world business applications.

I enjoy combining industry experience with education to prepare students and professionals for today's workplace while promoting continuous learning, ethical leadership, and strategic human resource management.
