Biography

Bio

My name is Nina Francone.I have over 20 years of business experience ranging from marketing, training and development, management and human resources.

I graduated from the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville with a bachelor's degree in Marketing. After graduation, I moved back to Chicago and started working for one of the top marketing research firms on their Procter & Gamble account. I was in charge of all of the hair care marketing research databases for P&G. This job also afforded me the opportunity to work in the United Kingdom (London). After about 4 years, I signed on to work at one of the country’s top consumer finance corporations for 8 years. Here, I worked in their marketing, training and development and eventually human resources department. During this time, I completed my MBA and Masters in Human Resource Management.

Upon coming to Phoenix, I took a position for a multi-national banking and finance institution in Human Resources. Here, I found myself responsible for many of the west coast HR operations. I worked with high level executives on employee development, talent management, management coaching, business operations, progressive discipline, strategic planning among other areas .

I have been teaching at the Scottsdale Community College for over 15 years. The reason I pursued by masters degrees was so that I could teach at the college level. I have taught various business courses in the areas of management, customer service, business ethics, business communication and human resources.
