Biography

Bio

Sara, who is originally from Lebanon, moved to AZ to start a new career. Sara got her PhD in applied mathematics at ASU. In her research, she is interested in developing a model to characterize the foraging dynamics of ants. In fact, Sara has been teaching, with joy, at ASU various Math’s courses. According to her, teaching is a rewarding experience. Sara is obsessed in making math as fun as possible when she explains it. When she is not in school, she enjoys spending time dancing figure skate, biking, hiking, traveling and when relaxing she plays the piano.
