Lisa Young

Dr. Young has been a faculty member in the MCCCD for nearly 30 years. She served as the Program Director for the Water Resources and Occupational Safety programs at GateWay Community College for 15 years and has served as the Faculty Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning at Scottsdale Community College since 2009. She has been involved in instructional design for her tenure at MCCCD and has been involved in online learning since 1996.

Lisa has a B.S. in Environmental Geography, M.Ed. in Learning and Instructional Technology, Ph.D. in Instructional Design for Online Learning, and a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Data Analytics for Higher Education.
