Steven Force

I've been part of the Artichoke family for a while now.  I started my undergrad here, and later graduated with a bachelor's degree in Sports Business from W.P. Carey at Arizona State University in 2018.  Then, in 2024, I earned my MBA with a concentration in Marketing Research & Analytics through Texas Tech University.  Outside of work, I'm a big sports fan and love to follow the local teams (especially the Artichokes!), spending time with my two cats (Sparky & Matador), and enjoy playing and writing music.

In addition to teaching business courses at SCC, I also lead our Sports Business Group and Stock Market Frenzy on campus.  The Sports Business Group is an opportunity for students to learn from professionals and get experience in the sports industry.  The group meets every Wednesday in the fall semester from 12pm-1pm in BUS-109.  The Stock Market Frenzy is a campus-wide competition open to all students, staff and faculty.  Participants choose a portfolio of 5 companies and earn points based on how their companies perform in the stock market.  If you're interested in learning more about either of these, please email me at [email protected].
